Shai Ben-Yehoshua, CPA, MBA, founder and president of Taxvision.
Mr. Ben-Yehoshua brings over 15 years of accounting and tax experience to Taxvision. Prior to founding Taxvision, he worked as a specialized tax consultant, a business consultant in Deloitte Consulting, an auditor in Price Waterhouse Coopers, and as CFO and a controller of several privately held companies. Mr. Ben-Yehoshua specializes in international taxation, high-income individual returns and complex corporate and individual tax returns. Mr. Ben-Yehoshua’s business consulting knowledge combined with his accounting and tax background deliver a powerful added value to Taxvision’s clients.
Mr. Ben-Yehoshua is an active member of the Georgia State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Ben-Yehoshua holds a US CPA license and an Israeli CPA license. He received his MBA from
Baruch
College
at the City University of New York majoring in Finance and investments. He received his B.A in Business Management form The College of Management in Tel –Aviv.
Hagit Yehudai, BBA, CPA (

Mrs. Yehudai is a tax and business consultant. She prepares state and federal tax returns including individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, payroll taxes (state and federal), and sales and use taxes. Mrs. Yehudai is knowledgeable about
US
tax treaties and consults Taxvision’s international clients on international taxation issues.
Mrs. Yehudai brings to Taxvision more than 16 years of accounting experience. Prior to her employment with Taxvision, Mrs. Yehudai worked as a controller of a group of commerce and real estate companies. In addition, she also worked as an auditor in a CPA firm consisting of clients involved in both Private and Public companies traded on the Israeli Stock Exchange. She assisted them in financial management, business planning, taxes, as well as auditing and preparing annual Financial Statements and Reviews.
Mrs. Yehudai received her bachelor degree in accounting and economics from the
Ben-Gurion
University
. She holds an Israeli CPA license.
Alejandro "Alex" Camarillo, BBA
Mr. Camarillo brings to Taxvision Inc. three years of diversified experience in public accounting and six years of experience in finance.
Mr. Camarillo has varied skills in the realm of public accounting including more specifically the preparation of individual income tax returns for high net worth clients, including corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, payroll taxes, sales and use taxes.
Mr. Camarillo’s past experience in the financial sector was as a Loan Officer. This has greatly helped him in his financial consulting, especially to new and small business owners, who are in need of structuring their businesses in order to minimize tax liability.
In addition, Mr. Camarillo has served as a liaison to the Hispanic community during his entire professional career. As an active member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Camarillo enjoys helping members of his community specifically in the area of business and economic development.
Debbie Coday, Administrative Assistant. Debbie has been with Taxvision since February 2008. She assists with day-to-day office operations by maintaining correspondence with clients and scheduling appointments. She also assists with tax data input, invoicing, bookkeeping, preparing general ledgers, payroll, and state and use taxes.
Prior to her employment with Taxvision, Ms. Coday worked for 11 years as an Educator for the

Public
School District
in
Oklahoma
. During this time, she served as lead contract negotiator between the school district and the local teacher’s association and as the association’s president. She worked to maintain a professional environment with her administration, peers, and the parents of her students.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Education from
